That’s why we’ve partnered with Auditel: a leading carbon consultancy, to support our commitment to reducing emissions and delivering verifiable low-carbon fit-outs.
A partnership built on purpose
We’re now working with Auditel to establish formal processes that track and report carbon emissions throughout the entire fit-out lifecycle, including operational emissions on-site and embodied carbon in the materials we specify.
We’re working toward verification under PAS 2080, the UK’s most recognised framework for reducing carbon in the built environment. This will enable us to produce project-specific carbon reports, providing clients with real data to align with their own ESG strategies and CSR policies.

“Formm are totally committed to sustainability and minimising our impact on the environment, and carbon footprint, because of the workspaces we design, fit out or refurbish and furnish.
To support the effective delivery of the above, we engaged and continue to work with our sustainability–carbon reduction consultants (Auditel) to support the delivery of ‘low carbon fit out.’
Our objective here is to provide our clients and their professional teams with a project-specific report detailing both operational (site activity) and supply chain (products relating to the scope of work, including EPA/EPD data detailing sustainability credentials), to support the needs of your clients, their employees, and CSR policy.
Year on year, we will look to measure continual improvement around our operational carbon footprint performance, along with close collaboration with our key supply chain partners to ensure we specify and supply the most sustainable materials and products (as these are continually evolving).
Ultimately, we are committed to being able to ‘substantiate’ and deliver against our commitments, both as a business and the projects we implement.”
