Formm have been selected to fit out and furnish Turner & Townsend's new offices as they relocate to Elshaw House in the heart of the city, Sheffield.

We are delighted to have been selected by the Sheffield office of global professional services company Turner & Townsend to deliver their new workplace environments in Elshaw House, an incredibly high-quality Grade A office accommodation, located in the Heart of the City, and one of the UK's most sustainable and energy-efficient buildings.

Collaborating closely with the professional team, including Blokka as lead designers, Formm is responsible for CAT B occupier fit-out, M&E, acoustics, and workplace furniture via the UK's leading manufacturers and brands.

The new spaces will support flexible working strategies, offer a variety of settings (to support different types of work) and a look/feel that will impress both visitors and employees, delivering a space that is reflective of Turner & Townsend as a market leader.

Mindful of the intrinsic design principles around the sustainability of materials in the building and energy efficiency, Formm will underpin this principle by delivering a low-carbon fit-out along with furniture with strong sustainability credentials and supporting EPA data.
