Moving forward

Leading communications, PR, and public affairs company, Counter Context, were relocating to new office accommodation at the impressive New Era Square Development, Sheffield. Following a competitive tender process, they selected FORMM to deliver their fit out.

Working together

Delivering the Cat B occupier fit-out scope meant working closely with the client’s professional team (Blokka – Design, and Crucible – Project management). In addition, landlord New Era Developments chose us to take care of the Cat A scope too. This allowed us to take our activities from Shell and Core, correlating both the Cat A and Cat B fit-out and bringing strong sustainability and cost benefits to the project. Managing multiple partners and timelines is something our team is adept at.

Spaces styled

The project involved a full fit out, M&E, and workplace furniture. Within the fit out, we were responsible for everything from partitioning to feature lighting design, floor-finishes to AV, and kitchen design to bespoke joinery. All was delivered against a challenging programme, within budget and defect free. Now complete, the amazing spaces will inspire and engage both employees and visitors.
