What the client said:

"I’d absolutely recommend FORMM. They took the time to understand not just our specification, but the outcomes we were trying to achieve as a business.

The response from the team has been incredibly positive. People genuinely enjoy coming into the new office, and we’re seeing the workspace fully utilised on a daily basis.

Creating spaces where people can collaborate, connect and spend time together was a key objective for us, and the new office has delivered exactly that in a way our previous workplace never could."

Collaboration and delivery

Working closely with BHP and Blokka, we adopted a collaborative and transparent approach from the outset. The project required careful coordination of fit-out works, workplace furniture, M&E adaptations and retained assets to ensure the design intent was achieved while meeting programme, budget and sustainability objectives. Through close communication with all stakeholders, the project was successfully delivered within the agreed eight-week programme.

The result

BHP’s relocation to Albert Works has created a contemporary workplace that balances the character of the building with the needs of a modern professional services business. By combining refurbished and repurposed elements with new furniture and fit-out solutions, the completed environment supports collaboration, flexibility and employee wellbeing, while reflecting the organisation’s commitment to sustainability and long-term value.
